Job summary

Spire Methley Park Hospital in Leeds is seeking a proactive Bank Administrator to join the theatre administration team on a 0 hour contract. You will handle a range of office tasks and provide friendly, front-line support to patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience of face-to-face customer/patient interaction.
• Excellent Administration skills using different databases and systems.
• Exceptional phone manner.
• Having previous medical knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
• Enthusiastic and energetic professional.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out administrative duties such as printing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies.
• Maintaining computer and manual filing systems.
• Replying to email, telephone or face to face enquiries.
• Greeting and assisting visitors to the department.
• Photocopying and printing out documents on behalf of other colleagues.
• Assist theatre team in sourcing stock as needed.
• Rescheduling theatre lists and printing the theatre lists daily.
