Job summary

Spire Methley Park Hospital is seeking a Bank Business Administrator to join the temporary staffing bank on a 0 hours contract in Methley Park Leeds. The role covers all administrative processes with emphasis on billing accuracy and healthcare compliance.

You will liaise with Central Finance, maintain stakeholder relationships, process standard invoices and refunds, and handle reporting efficiently in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Administration experience in a hospital/clinical setting is required.
• Excellent Customer Service skills are essential.
• IT literate with data entry capability using MS Office.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with a proactive approach.
• Good standard of education with literacy and numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Process and bill in line with hospital procedures and liaise with Central Finance as needed.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate payment requests for invoices, consultant fees and refunds.
• Review overdue vendor debts and assist with collection arrangements.
• Produce daily and monthly reports and act on them per instructions.
• Perform any other duties within the post's scope.
