Rosa’s Thai is seeking a confident, hands-on Sous- Chef to assist the Head Chef in leading the kitchen. You’ll own the food, the team, and the standards, ensuring every dish and service is delivered with care and precision.

Ideal candidates will bring strong Asian cuisine experience, be proficient with a wok, and lead by example while developing the team and elevating kitchen performance.

• Must have strong experience of cooking Asian cuisine with proficiency using a wok.
• Ability to lead and mentor a kitchen team.
