Job summary

Reed in Partnership in Lincoln is seeking a capable Test Centre Manager to oversee the operational delivery of the DVSA test centre and manage Test Centre staff. You will ensure tests run to standard, schedule shifts, and maintain compliance with security and quality controls.

The role requires strong line management, excellent customer service and the ability to work under pressure. A UK driving licence is desirable, and the company offers training and development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence or valid entitlement is required.
• Line management and performance management experience.
• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight timescales and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Test Centre Delivery: act as central contact and cover shifts.
• Maintain holiday records to prevent shortages.
• Check Power BI bookings align with the centre.
• Confirm weekly NSA schedules and room facilities.
• Provide scheduling support and assist with rotas.
