Job summary

Reed in Partnership seeks a Test Centre Manager to oversee the operational delivery of the Test Centre, line-manage Test Centre and Senior Test Centre Associates, and ensure the tests meet DVSA standards. The role involves coordinating shifts, security, and performance reviews, with a focus on compliant and efficient testing operations.

You will lead training for new staff, manage scheduling, and maintain processes in line with Reed in Partnership policies.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service.
• Line management and performance management experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Test Centre Delivery: central contact for staff and scheduling shifts.
• Maintain holiday records to avoid shift shortages and ensure coverage.
• Check bookings in Power BI and ensure test centre alignment with plans.
• Review incidents and ensure compliance with security protocols.
