Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Senior Test Centre Associate to manage invigilation and the efficient delivery of tests at Corby. You will ensure procedures are followed, supervise the Test Centre, and support the Test Centre Manager while coordinating with DVSA guidelines.

The role offers flexible shifts, including evenings and Saturdays, with opportunities to develop leadership within the DVSA assessment programme across multiple centres.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high‑quality customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible in working hours and days, including evenings and Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Check candidates' ID documents and book them in on the system.
• Supervision and invigilation of tests.
• Delivery of site opening and/or closing procedures.
• Coaching and supporting Test Centre Associates.
• Review of test centre schedule to identify bookings and arrange non‑standard accommodations.
• Notifying the DVSA HR team of employee absences to arrange cover.
• Providing management support to the Test Centre Manager as required.
• Handling and reporting incidents that could impact candidate testing.
