Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Checking candidates' ID documents and booking them in on the system.
• Supervision and invigilation of tests.
• Delivery of site opening and/or closing procedures.
• Coaching and supporting Test Centre Associates.
• Review of test centre schedule and accommodation planning.
• Notifying DVSA HR team of absences to arrange cover.
• Providing management support to Test Centre Manager as required.
• Handling incidents in line with incident management procedures.
