Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Checking candidates’ ID documents and booking them in on the system.
• Supervision and invigilation of tests.
• Delivery of site opening and closing procedures.
• Coaching and supporting Test Centre Associates.
• Review of test centre schedule and non-standard accommodations.
• Notifying DVSA HR of absences to arrange cover.
• Providing management support to the Test Centre Manager.
• Handling incidents that could impact candidate testing per procedures.
