Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Test Centre Associate for the Chelmsford centre. You will invigilate exams and ensure smooth delivery of tests to candidates, following programme rules and Reed in Partnership policies.

You will support candidates, manage ID checks, uphold test integrity, and handle queries while working a flexible schedule across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service.
• Full UK driving licence (driving not required for all locations).
• Excellent judgement and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to tight timescales and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Providing a high level of customer service to candidates.
• Checking candidates' ID documents and booking them into the system.
• Ensuring the integrity and security of tests.
• Supervision and invigilation of tests.
• Explaining the test process to candidates and assisting with queries.
• Reviewing tests and test centre schedules.
• Carrying out daily test centre opening and closing procedures.
• Ensuring accommodation for candidate needs in line with Equality Act and diversity strategy.
• Reporting incidents that could impact testing.
