Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to candidates.
• Check candidate IDs and book them in on the system.
• Ensure the integrity and security of tests are maintained.
• Supervise and invigilate tests.
• Explain the test process to candidates and answer queries.
• Review tests and test centre schedules.
• Perform daily test centre opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the test centre meets Equality Act requirements and inclusivity goals.
• Report incidents that could impact testing.
