Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in leading or supervising a team.
• Full UK driving licence preferred (driving not required for all locations).
• Proven track record in high-quality customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Flexible in working hours, including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Check candidates' ID and book them in on the system.
• Supervision and invigilation of tests.
• Delivery of site opening/closing procedures.
• Provide support to Test Centre Manager.
• Report incidents per incident management procedures.
