Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Full UK driving licence is required for the role.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible in working hours, including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and invigilate tests to ensure exam integrity.
• Open and close test centre procedures as required.
• Coach and support Test Centre Associates during shifts.
• Review test centre schedule and allocate non-standard accommodations.
• Report incidents per incident management procedures.
