Migrant Help is recruiting a TESS Administrator to join the Trafficking and Exploitation Survivors' Service. The role covers finance processing, purchasing and client support, working closely with the Regional Manager to ensure accurate and timely administration.
You will engage with a diverse client group, handling confidential information and liaising with external agencies. The post requires DBS checks and compliance with safeguarding procedures.
Location: Paisley, Glasgow.
Contract: Full time, Fixed term until 30 September 2027 (with potential to be extended or made permanent)
Salary: £26,739, - Increasing to £29,602 following successful completion of a 6 months probation period

Part of the Trafficking and Exploitation Survivors' Service (TESS) team, the TESS Administrator is a diverse and exciting role at Migrant Help. You will be expected to work engagingly with our diverse client group, most of whom will be entering the service having recently been through trauma. You will take a pro-active approach towards managing and improving administrative duties, including financial processes as determined by the Regional Manager. You will work consistently to support with the continuous development of the service ensuring all processes and procedures are followed efficiently, consistently and with professionalism at all times. You will be expected to contribute to the overall success of the organisation in accordance with Migrant Help's aims, objectives, vision and values.
