Triage is seeking an Employment Adviser to support people across the Middlesbrough & Redcar area on their path to sustainable employment. You will help participants build confidence, develop employability skills, and prepare for jobs and interviews while coordinating with employers and Jobcentre teams.

Working Hours: 35 hours per week 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday

As an Employment Adviser you will work with participants one-to-one, helping them prepare for work, build confidence, develop employability skills, apply for jobs, prepare for interviews and settle into employment. You will also work with employers, Jobcentre teams and partner organisations to create opportunities and make sure people get the right support at the right time. You'll support people from a variety of backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs and helping participants overcome barriers that may be preventing them from reaching their potential. No two days are the same, but every day offers the chance to change a life.
