Job summary

Tesco PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Lead to motivate the store team and deliver a great shopping experience for customers. You will lead across all store areas and act as the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.

The role offers flexible working from day one, with a starting hourly rate of £15.59 in many locations (rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25) and a minimum of 16 hours per week. This is a chance to grow within a diversified, inclusive team.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
