Job summary

Tesco is looking for a Shift Lead in the United Kingdom to help deliver an excellent in-store experience. You will lead a team, manage daily operations, and ensure excellent service while supporting flexible hours and a minimum weekly commitment.

You will be responsible for coordinating shifts, maintaining high standards, and acting as the store leader in the manager’s absence when required. This role rewards teamwork and customer focus.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
