Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Shift Lead to help run busy in-store operations in the United Kingdom. You will lead a team, deliver great customer service, and ensure smooth daily performance with a focus on store standards and teamwork.

Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week. Roles from 12 hours are also available, and we welcome flexible working discussions.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.
