Job summary

Tesco PLC is hiring a Shift Lead to motivate the store team and deliver a great customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work across store areas and support colleagues with day-to-day operations.

The role offers a minimum of 16 hours per week, with pay starting at £15.59 per hour (rising to £16.86 in M25 stores) and some locations offering additional payments. Flexible working is encouraged where possible.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.
