Job summary

Tesco PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Lead to join our stores. You will lead the team to deliver a great customer experience, supervise daily operations, and act as the go-to person when the Store Manager is unavailable.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks†notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we†re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment. Â
