Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to motivate and guide store teams, delivering excellent customer service during busy shifts. You will lead by example, support daily operations, and act as the manager in charge when needed.

This role offers flexible hours and a starting hourly pay of £15.59, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25, with a minimum weekly hour guarantee. You must be 18+ and ready to work across various store areas, building strong relationships with colleagues and customers while

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts.
