Job summary

Tesco PLC is seeking a Shift Lead to help deliver excellent in-store experiences in the United Kingdom. You will lead a team across store areas, coordinate shifts within defined availability windows, and ensure consistent service while upholding Tesco’s standards.

The role requires 18+ eligibility, a minimum 16 hours per week, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions. It offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth within the business.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
