Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead in the United Kingdom is seeking an energetic, customer-focused leader to drive teamwork and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will supervise daily operations across all store areas, coach colleagues, and communicate clearly to keep the team informed and motivated.

Availability includes early to late shifts, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours a week and options for 12-hour roles.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
