Job summary

Tesco Poole is seeking a Shift Lead to help run the store day-to-day and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll lead the team across all areas, coach colleagues, and be the go-to person for daily operational queries.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.
