Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee in-store operations and guide a team through daily tasks. You will lead by example, ensure high standards of customer service, and act as a key point of contact for colleagues across all store areas.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
