Tesco in Brentwood is seeking a Shift Lead to help run busy store operations and lead the team on shift. You’ll deliver great customer service and guide colleagues across daily tasks to keep the store running smoothly.

The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, a commitment to inclusive service, and the ability to coach staff while maintaining high standards across all store areas.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
