Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead sales and account planning across NHS hospital accounts in the North East North Cumbria. You will develop local strategies, drive new patient starts, and build strong relationships with KAM/ML and HCPs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Pharmaceutical Sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Full UK Driving license.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement territory business plans aligned with NHS priorities.
• Achieve/exceed sales targets through face-to-face and digital engagement.
• Develop product and therapeutic area expertise and monitor competitors.
• Support HCPs by building capabilities and relationships.
• Collaborate with KAM/ML and Head Office for customer support and collaboration.
• Maintain high integrity and compliance while driving growth opportunities.
