Morgan Jones Ltd in Maidstone is recruiting a Territory Sales Coordinator to join a growing technical sales team. Based in Maidstone, you will build customer relationships, manage accounts, prepare quotations, and process orders to drive business growth.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver excellent service, developing product knowledge through ongoing training while supporting campaigns and new business activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is required.
• Strong admin and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication across calls, emails and in person.
• Proactive, commercially minded with ability to prioritise workloads.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Manage customer accounts and act as a key point of contact.
• Prepare detailed quotations and process sales orders.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer spend and account growth.
• Support territory sales development and new business activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve enquiries efficiently.
• Participate in sales campaigns and business development initiatives.
