Morgan Jones Limited is seeking an experienced Field-based Key Account Manager to cover Kent. You will manage and grow established customer accounts, develop new business, and enjoy a car or travel allowance along with a competitive benefits package.

This hands-on role combines account management, sales, and customer relationships in a fast-paced environment. You’ll spend time both on-site and in the field, working with customers to understand their needs and drive growth.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in Key Account Management or similar role.
• Proven experience managing and developing customer accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness and track record of growing relationships.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Manage and develop a portfolio of key customer accounts.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase sales.
• Understand customer requirements and provide a high level of service.
• Conduct regular customer visits and spend time out in the field.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, customer activity and account development.
• Support pricing, promotions and commercial initiatives.
• Liaise with warehouse, transport and administration teams to ensure customers receive an excellent service.
• Resolve customer queries and issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
• Work collaboratively across the business to ensure smooth order and delivery processes.
