Morgan Jones Recruitment Consultants in Sittingbourne, Kent, seeks an experienced Commercial Manager - Internal Sales to lead and develop its internal commercial operations, including customer service, quotations, order processing and technical support.

You will report to the Commercial Director, drive CRM effectiveness, improve processes and support ambitious growth plans while mentoring and developing the teams involved.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' commercial, sales support or management experience within HVAC or a related sector.
• Proven people management experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
