Morgan Jones Recruitment Consultants in Maidstone is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Coordinator to join a growing technical sales team. You will build customer relationships, manage accounts, prepare quotes, process orders and support business growth.

Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will identify opportunities, deliver excellent service and drive sales growth within an assigned territory, with training to develop product knowledge and a clear path for career

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service role.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication across telephone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Manage customer accounts and act as a key point of contact.
• Prepare detailed quotations and process sales orders.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer spend and account growth.
• Support territory sales development and new business activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve enquiries efficiently.
• Participate in sales campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments.
• Research potential leads and market opportunities.
• Develop technical product knowledge through ongoing training.
