Howdens Joinery is the UK’s leading trade kitchen supplier, seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth across your local depot territory. You will win new business, nurture trade customers and build lasting partnerships through proactive outreach and consultative selling.

You’ll work closely with depot colleagues to grow spend, manage your pipeline, and deliver sustainable growth while maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Track record of winning new business or success in a target-driven sales role.
• Ability to engage trade customers from first conversation.
• Self-motivated, resilient with a drive to succeed.
• Strong product knowledge in joinery and hardware.

Responsabilités

• Win new business by proactively approaching prospective customers and converting opportunities into new accounts.
• Grow the account base across your territory and support each depot's performance.
• Introduce new customers to the Howdens model and articulate its benefits.
• Collaborate with depot teams to drive spend and trading frequency.
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing account holders.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally from first contact to resolution.
• Participate in team meetings with performance updates and ideas.
• Keep data accurate and visible across activity and pipeline.
• Work safely and in line with Health & Safety standards.
