• Proven background in sales and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your territory, identifying new business opportunities and building a strong pipeline
• Build long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they receive an outstanding level of service
• Understand customer needs in detail and provide tailored product solutions
• Drive sales performance, meeting and exceeding targets through a proactive, structured approach
• Manage and develop Key Customer Accounts, creating long-term partnerships
• Use CRM systems to track activity, analyse performance, and plan your strategy
• Gather market insights and customer feedback to help shape business development
• Resolve customer challenges quickly and effectively, strengthening trust and loyalty
