Job summary

Huws Gray Limited in the UK is seeking a proactive Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across Telford, Stafford & Newport within our National Sales team. You will identify new opportunities, re-engage lapsed accounts and develop long-term partnerships delivering mutual value.

You will manage a strong pipeline, work with branches for seamless onboarding and strive to hit sales and margin targets while expanding our presence in builders' merchants and construction materials sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based sales and ability to build a strong pipeline.
• Proven track record of converting prospects into profitable customers.
• Excellent communication with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Experience in builders' merchant/construction materials is advantageous.
• Energetic, resilient and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure profitable new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, site visits and lead generation activities.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, converting opportunities into long-term trading relationships.
• Develop and execute effective territory plans to maximise customer engagement and account acquisition.
• Build trusted relationships with business owners, buyers and key decision-makers.
• Work closely with branch teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
• Deliver against sales and margin targets while contributing to the overall success of the business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and local opportunities to support growth.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information through company systems.
