Huws Gray Limited is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to identify and secure profitable new business opportunities across our UK network. You will build a robust sales pipeline, engage with decision-makers and partners, and work with branch teams to ensure seamless onboarding and revenue growth.

The role focuses on winning new business, maintaining customer relationships, and delivering against sales targets while staying responsive to market trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based sales and building long-term customer relationships.
• Proven ability to develop a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities to revenue.
• Knowledge of builders' merchant, construction or building materials sectors is advantageous.

• Identify and secure profitable new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, site visits and lead generation.
