Job summary

Huws Gray Limited is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow our customer base across Fleetwood, Cleveleys & Poulton. You will identify opportunities, build a strong pipeline and convert prospects into profitable partnerships.

Reporting to the National Sales team, you will work with branch colleagues, owners and buyers to deliver exceptional service, secure new business and reach margin targets while expanding our local market presence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in field-based sales.
• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
• Knowledge of builders' merchants, construction or building materials is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure profitable new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, site visits and lead generation activities.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, converting opportunities into long-term trading relationships.
• Develop and execute effective territory plans to maximise customer engagement and account acquisition.
• Build trusted relationships with business owners, buyers and key decision-makers.
• Work closely with branch teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
• Deliver against sales and margin targets while contributing to the overall success of the business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and local opportunities to support growth.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information through company systems.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and supplier partners to maximise opportunities and deliver outstanding customer service.
