We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team!

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday).

About us:

As part of the Dee Set group, Tactical Solutions is an energetic team of dedicated and passionate people delivering outstanding results and return on investment for some of the biggest brands in Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

What will I be doing?

• Visiting the top 4 grocery retailers, focusing on developing strong relationships with key decision-makers to add value to the store.
• Negotiating with decision-makers to increase distribution, maximize availability, and gain extra space for various brands to boost sales.
• Acting as the "eyes and ears" of Tactical Solutions and its clients in-store by identifying problems, opportunities, and gathering competitor intelligence.
• Following Tactical Solutions' proven processes to deliver professional, efficient, and effective sales calls within each outlet.
• Accurately recording and completing all information on our bespoke tablets using the latest Drive software system.
