Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Greater Manchester to lead the Joint Replacement and Robotics business. You will develop an effective territory strategy, deliver annual sales targets, and build relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders including consultants, theatre managers, nursing staff and procurement.

This role focuses on growing Mako system utilisation and driving patient outcomes, with reporting into the Regional Sales Manager North West & Northern Ireland.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in medical devices or healthcare preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute territory sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory sales strategy to drive growth.
• Deliver annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders.
• Grow Mako system utilisation with surgeons.
• Provide reports and metrics to management.
• Conduct trials and evaluations in theatre and clinical settings.
• Provide in theatre product support for manual cases.
• Attend and participate in key congresses and events.
• Maintain and acquire product and market knowledge.
