Job summary

Stryker seeks a Territory Sales Manager for Greater Manchester to drive the Joint Replacement and Robotics business. You will build long-term relationships with NHS staff, consultants, and procurement professionals, delivering sales growth and improving patient outcomes.

You will join a high-performing team, report to the Regional Sales Manager North West & NI, and work from Greater Manchester. Expect a dynamic, career-focused role with opportunities across Orthopaedics and Spine.

Qualifications

• 3+ years successful sales experience in medical devices or healthcare industry preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build relations with NHS staff, consultants and procurement teams

Responsibilities

• Developing an effective territory sales strategy to drive growth.
• Delivering annual sales targets as well as other key performance objectives.
• Building strong relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders.
• Grow the utilization of the Mako system by increasing volume with surgeons.
• Provide reports and metrics to management and regulatory department.
• Conducting trials and evaluations of product in theatre and clinical environment to drive sales.
• In theatre product support for manual cases.
• Attend and participate in key professional congresses and events.
