Stryker is seeking a talented, highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive Joint Replacement and Robotics in Greater Manchester. As part of a high calibre, performance driven sales team, you will build long term relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders and deliver results to improve patient outcomes.

This role reports into the Regional Sales Manager North West & Northern Ireland and is ideally based in the Greater Manchester area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years successful sales experience in medical devices or healthcare industry preferred
• Strong ability to build relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders
• Ability to deliver annual sales targets and KPIs
• Commitment to delivering safe and robust solutions with high ethics and integrity

Responsibilities

• Develop an effective territory sales strategy to drive growth.
• Deliver annual sales targets and other key performance objectives.
• Build relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders (consultants, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement).
• Grow utilization of the Mako system by increasing volume with surgeons.
• Provide reports and metrics to management and regulatory department.
• Conduct trials and evaluations of product in theatre and clinical environment to drive sales.
• Provide in theatre product support for manual cases.
• Attend and participate in key professional congresses and events.
• Maintain and acquire new product, technology, and market knowledge.
