Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Manchester is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager for Greater Manchester to drive Joint Replacement and Robotics sales.

You will develop territory strategies, meet NHS and private sector stakeholders, lead in theatre product trials, and grow Mako adoption with surgeons.

This field-based role requires up to 70% travel and a strong track record in medical device sales; reside in the Greater Manchester area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years successful sales experience in medical devices or healthcare industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of the NHS.

Responsibilities

• Develop an effective territory sales strategy to drive growth.
• Deliver annual sales targets and other key performance objectives.
• Build strong relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders.
• Grow the utilization of the Mako system by increasing volume with current and potential surgeons.
• Provide in theatre product support for manual cases and trials.
• Attend and present at key professional events and maintain market knowledge.
