Job summary

Stryker is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to lead its Joint Replacement and Robotics business in Greater Manchester. You will develop a territory strategy, meet sales targets and build lasting relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in medical devices or healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of the NHS, selling in a theatre environment or experience in Medical Devices advantageous but not essential.
• Strengths in line with Gallup profile.

Responsibilities

• Developing an effective territory sales strategy to drive growth.
• Delivering annual sales targets and other key performance objectives.
• Building strong relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders including consultants, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement and finance professionals.
• Grow the utilization of the Mako system by increasing volume with current and potential surgeons.
• Provide complete reports and metrics to management and regulatory department.
• Conduct trials and evaluations of product in theatre and clinical environment to drive sales.
• Provide in theatre product support for manual cases.
• Attend and participate in key professional congresses and events.
• Maintain and acquire new product, technology, market knowledge.
