Job Description:

Purpose of the role:

Join a World Class, multi award-winning field marketing agency, currently holding the title of Agency of the Year. Represent one of the biggest brands in the world, such as Unilever's ice cream brands including Ben & Jerry's, Walls, and Magnum.

As a full-time, permanent team member, you'll be responsible for promoting Unilever's ice cream brands across various UK smaller-format grocery retailers. Your role involves retail store visits within a defined territory, driving distribution, availability, sales, and brand engagement to increase turnover and market share.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Visit grocery and convenience stores to build relationships with key decision-makers and add value to the store.
  • Use data tools to identify insights and implement targeted actions to improve product distribution and availability.
  • Negotiate with store decision-makers to ensure maximum product availability, sales, and brand engagement.
  • Act as the 'eyes and ears' of the brand and Dee Set, identifying issues, opportunities, and gathering intelligence on retailers and competitors.
  • Follow Dee Set's proven processes to make a positive impact for clients.
  • Conduct professional and efficient store visits.
  • Record all visit information accurately using a tablet and bespoke software.

  • A great communicator who can build credible relationships in stores.
  • Motivated to build brand awareness and achieve results.
  • Skilled at store-level execution and delivering results.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze data to inform actions.
  • In possession of a current UK manual driving license.
