Purpose of the role:

Are you interested in working for a world-class, multi-award-winning field marketing agency, currently holding the title of Agency of the Year? Do you enjoy representing major brands? If so, this role might be for you.

As a full-time, permanent team member, you will represent Unilever's ice cream brands, including Ben & Jerry's, Walls, and Magnum. You will work with colleagues to enhance brand performance, awareness, and availability across UK smaller-format grocery retailers. Your responsibilities include retail store visits within a defined territory, driving distribution, sales, and brand engagement using data tools.

Responsibilities of the role:
  • Visit grocery and convenience stores to build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Use data tools to identify insights and implement targeted interventions.
  • Negotiate with store decision-makers to ensure product distribution and availability.
  • Identify problems, opportunities, and gather intelligence on retailer and competitor activities.
  • Follow Dee Set's proven processes to deliver value to clients.
  • Conduct efficient and professional store visits.
  • Record all visit information accurately using a tablet and bespoke software.
