Purpose of the role:

Are you interested in working for a World Class, multi award-winning field marketing agency, currently holding the title of Agency of the Year? Do you like the idea of representing one of the biggest brands out there? Then this could be the role for you.

Your role as a full-time, permanent team member, will be representing the Ice Cream brands portfolio on behalf of Unilever, including Ben & Jerry's, Walls, and Magnum. You will work with colleagues responsible for enhancing Unilever's ice cream brand's performance, awareness, and availability across UK small-format grocery retailers. Your responsibilities include retail store visits within a defined territory, driving distribution, sales, and brand engagement to increase turnover and share using our data tools.

Responsibilities of the role:
  • Visit grocery and convenience stores to build relationships with key decision makers and add value to the store.
  • Use data tools to identify insights and implement targeted interventions to improve product distribution and availability.
  • Negotiate with store decision makers to ensure maximum distribution and availability of Unilever Ice Cream brands, increasing sales and brand awareness.
  • Act as the 'eyes and ears' for the brand and Dee Set in-store, identifying problems, opportunities, and competitor intelligence.
  • Follow Dee Set's proven processes to make a positive difference for clients.
  • Deliver professional and efficient store calls.
  • Record all information accurately on an iPad using bespoke software.
