Purpose of the role:

Are you interested in working for a world-class, multi-award-winning field marketing agency, currently holding the title of Agency of the Year? Do you like the idea of representing one of the biggest brands out there? Then this could be the role for you.

Your role as a full-time, permanent team member will be representing Unilever's ice cream brands, including Ben & Jerry's, Walls, and Magnum.

As part of the Dee Set team, you will work with colleagues responsible for increasing the brands' performance, awareness, and availability across UK smaller-format grocery retailers. You will be the eyes and ears of the brand, conducting retail store visits within a defined territory to drive distribution, availability, sales, and brand engagement, using data tools to enhance turnover and market share.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Visit grocery and convenience stores to build relationships with key decision-makers and add value to the store.
  • Utilize data tools to identify insights and implement targeted actions to improve product distribution and availability.
  • Negotiate with store decision-makers to ensure optimal distribution and sales of Unilever Ice Cream brands, increasing brand awareness and engagement, and maintaining agreed ranges and plans.
  • Act as the brand's representative in-store by identifying issues, opportunities, and gathering retailer and competitor intelligence.
  • Follow Dee Set's proven processes to make a positive impact for clients.
  • Conduct professional, efficient in-store visits.
  • Record all visit information accurately using a tablet and bespoke software.

  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze data to inform actions.
  • Hold a full, current UK manual driving license.
