Job summary

Osprey Engineering Solutions in the West Midlands is seeking an Area Development Manager to own a defined territory and drive growth. You will conduct around 10 customer visits daily, develop existing accounts and identify new opportunities, working with the team to stay aligned on targets.

The role offers a basic salary of about £28,000 per year, with realistic monthly commission up to £1,000 and a company car – Hybrid.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Sales Representative or Sales Executive in engineering/manufacturing sectors.
• Graduates with strong commercial instincts are encouraged to apply.
• Self-motivated, organised approach and full, valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined geographic territory worth ~£300k annually.
• Complete around 10 face-to-face customer visits daily.
• Build and maintain relationships to protect and grow account value.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
• Provide product and technical advice to customers in engineering and industrial sectors.
