Job summary

Bridgewater UK is seeking an Electrical Wholesale Sales Manager to drive sales across North Yorkshire & Teesside, expanding our renewables-focused offerings to installers, EV infra specialists and M&E contractors.

You’ll lead new business development, nurture key customer relationships and promote solutions such as solar PV, EV charging, energy storage and heat pumps, while collaborating with branch and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical wholesale sales or similar.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key customers across North Yorkshire & Teesside (renewable installers, EV infrastructure specialists, M&E contractors, and organisations across the public and private sectors)
• Win new business and develop existing accounts
• Promote renewable energy solutions including solar PV, EV charging, energy storage, and heat pumps
• Collaborate with branch and internal sales teams to drive growth
• Identify new market opportunities and industry trends
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives
• Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events
