Job summary

Bridgewater UK is seeking an Electrical Solar & Renewables Sales Manager to drive sales and strengthen relationships across North Yorkshire & Teeside. You will promote solar PV, EV charging, energy storage and heat pumps while developing key customer partnerships.

The role rewards strong earnings potential with a starting salary up to £50,000, plus lucrative profit share, a company car, pension, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience within the electrical wholesale industry and interest in renewables.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with drive to win new business.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Organised, self-motivated and able to manage your own territory.
• Holder of a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key customers across the North East and Yorkshire (renewable installers, EV infrastructure specialists, M&E contractors, and organisations across the public and private sectors).
• Win new business and develop existing accounts.
• Promote renewable energy solutions including solar PV, EV charging, energy storage, and heat pumps.
• Collaborate with branch and internal sales teams to drive growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and industry trends.
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events.
