Bridgewater UK in Barnsley is seeking an Electrical Wholesale Manager Designate to drive growth in key accounts within a leading electrical wholesale group. You will quickly progress to a Branch Manager role with P&L ownership and team leadership.

You’ll win new business, manage customer accounts, negotiate with suppliers, and exceed sales targets while delivering high-quality service and value to customers.

Formación

• Strong B2B sales experience in electrical wholesale.
• Proven ability to spot and capitalise on new business opportunities.
• Track record of developing relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Natural leadership qualities with desire to be Branch Manager.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team and drive growth.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the business to win new business and grow existing accounts.
• Meet sales targets and increase profitability.
• Present, communicate and negotiate with a wide range of customers.
• Manage customer accounts and diary.
• Progress to Business Manager/Branch Manager with full P&L autonomy.
