Qualifications

• Experience in electrical wholesale or similar industry.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with drive to identify and win new business.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Organised, self-motivated and capable of managing your own territory.
• Full UK driving licence.
• External sales experience preferred or internal sales ready to move to field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with key customers across the North East and Yorkshire (renewable installers, EV infrastructure specialists, M&E contractors, and organisations across the public and private sectors).
• Win new business and develop existing accounts.
• Promote renewable energy solutions including solar PV, EV charging, energy storage, and heat pumps.
• Collaborate with branch and internal sales teams to drive growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and industry trends.
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Represent the business at customer meetings and industry events.
